I love sniping in games. It can be a lot of crawling around in dirt and peering through foliage that was never meant to be viewed up close, but the payoff is worth the effort. It feels great to watch a bullet perfectly arc into a target, and intuiting that path taps into bits of instinctual spatial intelligence which always surprises me. Basing an entire FPS campaign around that feeling, however, is tough.
The first Sniper: Ghost Warrior had some problems. Players complained that the AI could magically detect you from a mile away, and that there were too many action sequences muddling things up. In Ghost Warrior 2, those problems are addressed with a rebuilt AI and a greater focus on sneaking around and silently slitting throats.

An alert in my email inbox: new Farming Simulator 15 screenshots! Almost without thinking, I move the mouse towards the delete button. But then I pause... No. You know what? We are going to do this. In a world now full of wacky non-sims, we are going to instead give time to the game that earnestly and wholeheartedly wants to simulate the experience of driving and operating farm equipment.
We are going to look at—nay, celebrate—some Farming Simulator 15 screenshots, and by Jove we're going to do it unironically.
PES 2013

PES 2013 has elbowed its way into the September release schedule just four days before Fifa 13 is due to arrive. If you're certain that this year's PES can overtake the on-form opposition, you'll want to take a highlighter pen and attack the September 21 on your calendar. You could even grab a biro and draw a doodle of a man kicking a ball through Fifa's face, if you like. Go nuts. Fifa 13, meanwhile, is out in the US on September 25 and Europe on September 28.
On-the-box improvements in the box include better goalkeeper behaviour and "pro-active AI" as well as "PES full control" which, as you might expect, gives players "fully manual control over every pass and shot." There will be 150 licensed teams, including bit hitters like Man U, Real Madrid and Barcelona
